Complete the form to register for a Piano Group Class. Be sure to read the following information before signing up!
Student Eligibility Requirements:
3rd~5th grade, or ages 8~11 years old.
Class Schedule:
Flyer 1s - Thursdays at 10:00am-10:50am.
or Fridays at 10:00am-10:50am
Dusters - Thursdays at 9:00am-9:50am.
or Fridays at 9:00am-9:50am
Sky Hawks - Fridays at 11:00am-11:50am.
Cost:
65$/per month (with an initial 35$ materials fee which covers work book and class T-shirt)
What Class Tier Should Your Child be in?
If your child has little to no experience with piano, then Flyer I is the perfect option. But if your child already has some piano skills and knowledge it’s possible for your child to skip straight to Dusters or even Sky Hawks! To be sure which tier would be a good fit, below is the expectations of the student when entering a particular tier:

Terms & Agreements
Tuition and Payment
By enrolling in our piano group class, you agree to the tuition payment of $65, plus a non-refundable processing fee of 3% to cover credit/debit card costs. This payment will be automatically processed on the 1st of each calendar month.
A valid credit or debit card is required for enrollment and must remain on file for automatic billing. However, we offer ACH bank transfer billing, which allows us to waive the 3% processing fee (i.e., 0% fee) on your monthly tuition.
For students enrolling after the monthly billing date, a prorated tuition amount will be calculated based on the number of remaining classes in the current month. The full $65 monthly tuition will then be charged on the 1st of the following month.
Enrollment Fees and Materials
A one-time non-refundable $35 Materials Fee is required upon initial enrollment. This fee covers the cost of the required class workbook and T-shirt. This fee will be reapplied and processed upon the student's enrollment into any subsequent class tier (e.g., Dusters, Sky Hawks) to cover new class materials (workbook and Class T-shirt).
Lesson Structure and Scheduling
Tuition is a flat rate of $65 per month and covers four 50-minute group lessons per month. This fee is based on a yearly average of 4 lessons per month. To account for months that naturally have five weeks, we structure the schedule to deliver 12 lessons every 3 months (a season), with one scheduled week off in each season: Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, Spring Break, and 4th of July. This guarantees consistency and a fair lesson count without unpredictable monthly charges.
Attendance and Cancellation
Please note that we do not offer make-up sessions, monetary compensation, or credit for individual students if they miss a class. Tuition is paid to reserve the student's spot, regardless of attendance.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, emergency, natural disaster, etc.) necessitating the instructor to cancel class, we will endeavor to provide alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling the class or providing a prorated credit where feasible.
