Piano Group Class Registration
Complete the form to register for a Piano Group Class beginning in Winter. There are two class times to choose from:
Friday at 4:30pm, Jan 2nd ~ March 13th.
Tuesday at 10:00am, Jan 6th ~ March 17th.
Student Eligibility Requirements:
3rd~5th grade
Rate:
Tuesday 11:00am class is 79$/month with a 3 month commitment.
Friday 4:00pm class is 89$/month with a 3 month commitment.
(There is an additional 15$ fee for materials due at the beginning of the term)
Time:
Tuesday Morning at 10:00am.
or
Friday Evening at 4:30pm.
Class Duration:
Classes are 55 minutes and meet every week.
Important information about the class:
This class is designed for students who are complete beginners and who are similar education levels - this is to ensure a steady progression for all students. If your child already knows the basics of piano, or is passed 5th grade, it may be best to sign them up for one-on-one lessons instead. Feel free to call or email us with any questions you may have!

Terms & Agreements
By enrolling in our 11 week piano group class, you agree to three separate tuition payments of 79$ or 89$ (depending on which class you signed up for), each tuition payment automatically processed at the beginning of each month, beginning with the start date of the class. There is also an automatic 15$ materials fee that will be attached to the first tuition payment. A valid credit or debit card is required for enrollment. This class runs for 11 weeks. Cancellation is possible within 48 hours after the first class of the 11 week course. However, after this 48 hour period, the student will be enrolled for the entirety of the class term, and as such, full payment will be required throughout the class term regardless of student attendance. Please note that we do not offer make-up sessions, monetary compensation, or credit for individual students if they miss a class.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, emergency, natural disaster, etc.) necessitating the instructor to cancel class, we will endeavor to provide alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling or prorated credits where feasible.
